POSITION: RN/LPN Unit Manager Skilled UnitPAY RATE: - -RN- -$35Hr- $44.34 Hr - DOE - LPN - $28Hr. - $35Hr - - - - -SIGN ON BONUS - $5000 Hiring & Retention Bonus -(Employment requirement must be met for pay out)
SHIFT AVAILABLE: -Day Shift 6a - 6pm 3 Day Weeks -

• Practices according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of the community and State standards
• Completes resident assessments
• Provides direction and leadership to care staff
• Training staff on medication administration and other care dutiesREQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
  • Maintain CEU requirements
  • Computer skills, Point Click Care a Plus
